In nov 2018, I have developed a couple of blood clots in various places. Lab investigation showed a raised platelets count than normal range with hb of 10. Since then, I am watching my platelets and done 2 more cbc with a gap of 3 months. It's still on the rise. That is from 4.8 to 6l. Recently there is an itching all over the body. Especially in my palms and under the feet. Please suggest whom should I contact and is it serious enough to consult a physician?
