I was on nofap for 57 days. Since last 23 days I had been feeling a lott of burning sensation while peeing and pee seemed a bit reddish ,at least it was not the normal colour, I relapsed today to only check if the nofap was messing up with me but even my semen seemed reddish .wtf.
