Hello, Thanks for the query. When one is on adequate dosage of Levothyroxine TSH is usually maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. At this level all the symptoms are in check. Howvwer the normal range is 0.5 to 5 mU/L So your present level of 1.34 mU/L is quite normal. So continue the same dosage. But please check TSH once in 3 months. Thanks.
