I'm not able to sleep at night. At morning 4 AM or 5 AM I awake from sleep suddenly. Please give me any information about any exercise which can increase my sleeping ability.

you may be having anxiety and tension. avoid stress. Check your BP. Go for regular walk , practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise. It will calm your mind and relieve stress. take a light dinner. If possible take a bath with warm water before going to bed.Dont sleep immediately after dinner and avoid taking tea/coffee before dinner. Avoid day time sleeping. If possible, go for a short walk after dinner
