I am male of 40 years and have a wife with 34 year of age and we have been trying to get pregnant but no success though we discover she had fibroid and alway complain of feet pain especially in the morning when she wake-up and I was ask to go for sperm test and the doctor to me that quantity of the sperm is low. Please more advice. Thank you.
