My heartbeat palpitations increases suddenly. And it remains increased for hours. It automatically gets fine. When heart beat is increased I feel weak and isn?t able to do anything until it gets fine. Im 32 in age. Is this any heart related issue. Or i?m going on thinking too much. My heart goes upto 120 bps when it happens and mostly stays at 100 or above the till that episode. After that it automatically gets fine. One episode stays about 1 hour to even 6 hours. What could be this, help me out.
