You may have a very large cavity with involvement of the root / pulp. Please visit a doctor as soon as possible to get the appropriate diagnosis and treatment options. Do not keep taking antibiotics on your own / given by the chemist / shopkeeper. This leads to a lot of resistance and infection can get worse!
