I am 29 years old working women as a lecturer. I got married 6 months back. After marriage, I got periods twice only. Later I have consulted doctor, she given me hormonal tablets. So I got period that month. Later she changed medicine to non hormonal gynedol medicine. From 40 days I am using gynedol still I am not getting period. As I am a working women, my sleeping hours will be 5 to 6 hours per day. I think it is manageable for this age but I am getting full sleep in working hours and my observation is that when I have this sleeping problem, my menses are irregular.
