I am 25 years old female I was suffering with chest pain past 2 days I have used pain relieving creams but I have not got any relief what is the problem for chest I have mental tensions so I used cry daily and also im in little depression too. Was my depression affects my health.

Yes. Depression do affect your health negatively. Try to relax --exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths. Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family. Laugh.Massage. Eat a healthy diet.
