I am 30 years male. I am having light breathlessness since one and half month. I take propranol 10 mg and montelukast 10 mg. Looks like I need to add inhaler. I am not sure what is the reason for this sudden problem. Please help. Also advise if inhaler is for short period or long period. How long should I take montelukast. Xray ecg and echo normal. Sinus tachycardia observed 110 bpm.

Do regular exercise, yoga ,do deep breathing exercises, if you wants to cure your problem permanently then you have to do proper homeopathic treatment only.

You have tachycardia, for this propranolol is ok. You are feeling breathlessness may be due to tachycardia. You should go for spirometry then further management can be planned.
