I amm 22 years old male. I have pilonidal cyst/sinus. There was a pus like formation for 2-3 months but it eventually got healed. Now, after a few days, at the end of my tailbone, I have got a boil and and pus dot below that. It is very painful. I don't want to undergo surgery as it requires a lot of time. Is there any alternate method?
