Hello I'm 20 years old. My breasts are very heavy and big according to my body. My breasts are saggy too. I wear tight fitting bras still I feel uncomfortable. I'm suffering from backpain and breathing problems also. I'm going through mentally pain too I dn't want heavy breast. Is it safe to do breast reduction surgery or liposuction? Everybody is telling that surgery is very risky, not good and all. Please help and suggest me that what should I do.
