Hello doctor! I had my lap done 1 week before for endometriosis. My operation was good .my uterine fibroids and cyst were cleared. My left tube was also opened .currently taking some pain medicined after 1 week I was given lupride 11.25 injection so that my body recovers and period stops and it does not come back .i am little worried abt the side effects of injection. Is it necessary to take injection after surgery I am also suppose to take calcium course for 90 days and vitamin d for 8 weeks. Will all be ok with me after reading some reviews of injection I am bit scared of joint pains and muscle pain pls let me know what diet should I take to have min side effects should I have milk eggs I want to have healthy life currently I am having pain while walking in pelvic area while lying down when will I be pain free after lap and with no pain medicine pls reply.
