I had my lasik conducted 10 months back. I am suffering from dry eye syndrome post lasik and I have been recommended option ha 0.1% eye drops for the same. My question is, is dry eye syndrome related to corneal opacity issue? Since, I am into flying. The flying authority puts a criteria that the patient shouldn't have vision interfering with corneal opacity. So is the dry eye syndrome related to corneal opacity? Thank you.

Yes it can cause future vision problems. Use of steroids may increase the complaints. Better take homeopathic treatment.
