For the past few years I have pain in my testis short after I run for a few kilometers. It goes away after 30 mins or so. The pain occurs not every time, only few times. It also hurts after I sit with my pants normally tight too. I do urinate and ejaculate properly. What might be the reason?

Hello- you might be suffering from varicocele. It is an enlargement of the veins within the loose bag of skin that holds your testicles (scrotum). A varicocele is similar to a varicose vein you might see in your leg. Varicoceles are genetic, and if you have one, the muscle clenching involved in running can cause blood flow to back up and enlarge the varicocele, which leads to extra pain.
