I'm a 23 year old male who is prescribed adderall and remeron (mirtazapine). I have trauma induced deafness in my right ear, my cochlea was broken open and no longer has fluid in it I was recently gifted a supplement containing citrus bioflavanoids and ginkgo biloba with a promise it helped with the ringing. Should I be worried about any interactions before taking it, and will it have any effect?
