My husband bite teeth in sleep. As per my observation when he has more work pressure or any sort of tension or stress he does this. Because of this his lower incisor has become sharp. And he gets jaw pain. How can I help him? How to stop this or avoid this and why is this happening? Is it ok?

Based on your description, it seems he needs to control tension and I will give some tips for it. Moreover, he needs to train his mind by repeatedly self-counselling not to bite teeth and sleep in the best sleep position. His teeth for tongue biting can be examined by an experienced dentist.
