night falls are completely normal..this is not a disease in any aspect..just follow the following tips: -drink lots of water throughout the day but not in night .stop taking water 2-3 hours before going to bed -avoid taking milk at nighttime.take it in morning or evening by 5 pm ,but never at night -take light easily digestible meals at night preferably 3 hours prior to going to bed. -have a slight walk with deep inhalations in the park 1/2-1 hour after the dinner -sleep in left lateral position only. avoid sleeping prone or supine .. - u can take dabur ashwagandha powder 1-2 tsp once/twice daily with milk..it'll help
