I study entire day and often get sleepy. I rather than avoiding it take 5-10 mins of naps every 2 hrs. Is it good or does it affects my study and memory?

Hi, Short naps are good only, you do not need to worry. And taking breaks in between can only help you grasp the subject better, rather than reading at a stretch for hours. And to improve memory you can take homeopathic mother tincture Bacopa Monieri, 10 drops with half cup water twice daily.
