I have left inguinal hernia. There is no pain. If I stand at a place for a long time then I feel heaviness in that area. If I don't want to go for surgery, how can I reduced it or keep it under control? What are the restrictions on day to day exercise and other activities. I daily go for walk about 4 kms. Swimming, cycling and yoga. Gardening is also my hobby. My agreement is 58, weight is 72, height 5 ft 8 inches. No body, diabetes or any other ailment. Please guide me regarding non surgical treatment and exercise/diet.
