Dear , When you get distracting thoughts, please do not fight them. Simply let them pass. When you fight the distracting thoughts and feeling, you are actually energising them. When you get time you can learn vipassana meditation. Or some of the wonderful online meditation techniques which are easy to learn and easy to practice.
