My feet and ankle swell after I get up from my sleep. Tried compression socks and some ointments but of no use. Walking with sleepers also adds to the swellings. Again after night sleep the swelling is gone but comes back depending of position of sitting and putting load on my feet.

You need to elevate the limbs when you go to sleep. You need to keep maximum two pillows under the ankle or knee so that the fluid will not get collected in the lower limbs.
