Recently, i've come to know about the harmful effects of eating bread daily. I've seen videos on youtube which say that breads especially white breads have potassium bromide in them which can cause dangerous diseases. I want to know that whether I should believe the youtube videos or stop eating bread, buns, burgers, paav available in the grocery stores entirely? Or I should only consumer atta bread, multi-grain breads? Kindly inform.

No, its not correct. But yes you should restrict intake of these. As they are made up of maida. So not good for health.
