I have dried blood spots just below the skin in my legs for 6 years. Is it due to micro bleeding? What should I do?

Hello, many times it is a normal thing, but some times due to micro vasculature disturbances such spots called- petechiae can occur. Make sure you check diabetes, and if you already have, control it.
