For the past 2-3 days, on the plica fimbriata of my tongue, a part of it is enlarged and slightly painful. It's resembles something close to a small skin tag/flap. It hurts a little when I chew food, graze it on my teeth, or any type of friction. Will this go away on its own or do I need some kind of treatment for it?
