I am 30 years old man. Suffering in very typical condition since last april 2018. Whenever I move from one place to another place I breath out. My nose become congested it is very painful for me. Feel like chest tightness. And heart palpitations. I have done many test like ecg, echo,tsh, pft but everything is normal. please suggest me what should I do.
