I am 37 years old. Conceived in July 2017, but could not sense hear the beat till 7th week. Terminated pregnancy by a pill. Again conceived in dec 2017, but ended up in a chemical pregnancy in 5th week. Subsequently, had an ectopic pregnancy in aug 2018 that was treated with methotrexate injections. Now hsg test has been done and both tubes are clear. I'm lupus anticoagulant positive, but rheumatologist says this is not the reason for pregnancy loss. What should I do now?
