Hi drinking water in middle of meals. Is it a don't? I drink litre water in between having any meal.

Hi lybrate-user, have a glass of water 15 minutes before meal and 40 mins after meals. You can have sips while eating but make sure you don't drink a lot of water while eating as it will dilute the digestive juices which helps in digesting the food we eat.
