If I climb and when I reach on the top I have take rest for a while and after that can walk very slowly. Having a lazy feeling. Taken ecg, x-ray, blood check everything. Not much problem. Kindly advise me.

You have exercise intolerance and as the tests related to the heart are normal, you can have age-related weakness and if you are or were a smoker it is a very strong cause and needs to stop. If possible you get a tmt done by a cardiologist as the last checkup of cardiac cause like blocks in heart vessels.
