Hello, it is not possible for the tooth to grow again. Picture of your tooth /clinical examination and an x-ray is required to check the possible chances of saving the tooth. If only a small area is broken, there are chances for filling of that tooth. If the broken part is deep or wide involving the pulp, RCT and cap will be required. If the fracture is extensive, extraction of that tooth followed by replacement si needed. Thank you.
