I'm 22 years old. Now I have a hand pain. And when I'm playing shuttle it's increasing. please recommend me a solution.

Use wrist band during playing, also do ice massage at the site of pain for 5 minutes and 3 times a day for 1 day and 2nd day take hot water in a bucket and put it in to it and do some hand movements for 20 minutes. You will be fine.
