Hello sir/mam. My eye prescription is -6 in left eye and -6 in right eye with -1 astigmatism in both. For last 3 years I am dealing with problem like in dim light things seems like somewhat double and lights looks bigger (slightly raised upward) than they actually are. I have shown it to ophthalmologist .one say its alright while other say its dry eye. I don't know what it is but I am irritates me much. The condition gets worse when I see tv or use mobile or read books for long time. So can I have country vision surgery?
