Hi from few months while using mobile or pc i'm suffering frm severe eye strain, eye watering, and headache at front i.e.forehead part. Its been severe that i'm not at all able to stare at the display of mbl or pc more than 15 to 20 min. Can any one suggest me wt to fo? thanks.
