I use spectacles with power -2.75D for both eyes, I want to improve my eyesight. Please suggest some tips and exercise for the same

You have myopia, if you can read upto the last line with spectacles that means you have good vision. There are no exercises to reduce eyesight. Glasses are meant for clear vision
