Hi mai last 6 months months se cough (khasi) or sans fulne se pareshan hun mere echo test lvdd grade 3 aaya h aur lvef 40% & lvid 70% hai abhi doctor ne razel a 20/75 cap, embeta xr25 tab, cardace 2.5 mg tab, exenta 10 kit tab le raha hun khansi raat ko bahut ho jati hai & saans fool rahi h sir is problem ka sahi treatment kya hai aur mujhe kya karna chahiye please tell me.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, please get a cbc esr & chest xray done to rule out chest infection. Also shift your cardace to bedtime (sometimes ace inhibitors cause dry cough) you can send your reports on Lybrate for advice from pulmonologist. Wishing you good health.
