I jumped from a height of around 2.5 to 3 metres and had a bad landing on the floor in a sitting position. My back ached like hell and I could not breathe or sit straight during the moment of fall. Later I took an xray and consulted a doc but they said there is no fracture or damage but still my pain has not reduced even after taking tablets recommended by the doc. The pain is lesser when am active during the day whereas when I sleep during the night it becomes severe and I can not move on bed or wake up easily due to the pain. Its been 2 months in this condition and its hurting me. I want a permanent solution to this please help me. Request your help pls. I can share my xray pics and report too but I do not see upload option. Tabs which I used for 2 weeks are tab. Zerodol -p 1-0-1 tab. Pan 40 1-0-1 before food tab. Chymoral forte 1-0-1 before food.
