My 8 years old son gets frequent ear infections when exposed to water while bathing or swimming. He has itching and white fluffy debris inside his ear. I used tricozol ear drop but it causes redness n discomfort. Kindly suggest some oral antibiotic. Previously we hv used zocef125 syrup. Kindly indicate dosage.
