Dear team, I feel exhausted and panting in even jogging for 300 metres. The issue of getting exhausted and gasping for breath is on going for a long period of time. Even any activity which require high energy like dancing for 5 min I feel exhausted. I am smoker and in past years had been a patient of tuberculosis, which was treated. But the issue is really serious. I am jogging and exercising daily and yoga too. Kindly suggest what more could be done to increase my stamina.
