I AM 5 FEET 2 INCH, 44 YEARS OLD WORKING LADY WITH 4 YEARS 6 MONTHS OLD ONLY DAUGHTER AND HAVE NORMAL WEIGHT BETWEEN 54-57 K.G IN PAST 18 YEARS. RECENTLY WITHIN 1 YEAR I HAVE MY WEIGHT IS GOING TO TOUCH 65 K.G WITH BACK PAIN, HELP ME TO REDUCE WEIGHT.

Hi, According to your height, your weight should be 50-55 kgs. Back pain and knee pain is related to higher body weight. You should include some exercises in your daily routine as well as reduce oil / fat content and sugary food items from your diet.
