My stats are already given in my profile, I do regular gym, not the weight lifting rather cardio, exercise and climbing 25 floors daily to and fro and trying to loose wait but as per samsung health, I am shown as over weight. I want to bring my wait to 75 kgs. My diet from monday to saturday are breakfast- oats with only honey, no sugar lunch- only sprouts evening snack- any fresh juice, not the packed one dinner- only fruits but sunday is my cheat day and I eat everything I like but the rate at which my weight should reduce is not happening at all, any expert advice is welcome, right now I am 82 kgs.
