I?m just a 14 year old male who recently got this ?lump? on my right testicle. It?s smaller than a pea and does not cause me any pain except when I felt some discomfort around two days ago (which might be when the lump developed). Should I be worried?

Testicle lumps may be caused by cysts, hydroceles, and epididymitis. A cyst is a fluid-filled sac that can feel like a small, hard lump when touched. Cysts can develop almost anywhere on the body and are usually harmless. A varicocele is a lumpy area caused by swollen veins in the testicles.
