I have taken psychiatrist sleep medicines qutipin 600 mg and olimelt 10 mg. I have lost my sleep completely. I do not even get afternoon natural sleep now. I have lost my natural sleep. How can I recover my natural sleep.

You need to stop medicines slowly. If you r not able to sleep, do not watch tv or mobile whats app etc. Read a good book. Switch off tv at least 30 mins before bedtime. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Do some exercise daily. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light for more details you can consult me.
