Kindly brush two times a day one in morning and one at night. Night brushing is very important. Rinse your mouth after whatever you eat so that food doesn't get stuck on teeth taking too much lemon. As it may erode teeth.

Get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night massage gums.

Brush twice a day espesially at night. Floss daily and avoid sticky sweets. You should be fine. Go to a dentist for a routine check up every 8 months you should be fine regards.
