Hi. I am 19 weeks pregnant and just had my level 2 ultrasound. Report shows high mean impedance flow in uterine arteries. My gynae has prescribed ecosprin 150 and lycored tablets. What else I can do to prevent any complications? Will I be able to have a healthy baby?

Hello. Don't worry. There is a slight risk of development of hypertensive disorder but the risk is not absolute. Yes, continue taking ecosprin, go for regular antenatal check-up and take your other medications regularly. Best wishes.
