I am tight foreskin on my penis and infection underneath my foreskin. I have been using fluconazole 150 and clotrimazole cream but condition got some more worse, itching got increased. Can I undergo circumcision surgery to stay hygiene.

Hello- The cause of infection is trapped smegma (waxy secretion of penis head) inside foreskin due to its tightness.
