Hello, I am a 32-year-old male living overseas. From the past two years, I am taking telmisartan 12 mg hydrochlorothiazide due to blood pressure problem. I have two problems that have arisen lately. One desire to have sex has finished. I used to perform well before, but now libido has fallen quite a bit. Although the drive is still there, performing for a long time has become very difficult. But when I skip the medicine for one day, everything becomes back to normal. Secondly, my left eye has been flickering for the past two months. It does not flicker all day, but only sometimes when I am concentrating or thinking about something. But does not happen all the time.
