My wife's ovulation days were between 14th of april to 19th of april, because her last periods were started on 1st of april 2019. We had intercourse daily from 14th to 20th april. If she has been fertilized, does she have hcg hormone in her blood and urine now? Or should we wait for pregnancy test?

You can do a blood test as soon as she misses her periods. But urine pregnancy test should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example, if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that, it can give a false negative or false positive test.
