I have no control over my negative emotions since 2 years and sometimes I behave so badly with my loved ones that I regret later. I am having some anxiety attack or something I don't know what its called, it stays around 15-20 minutes and during that period I totally lose control over my emotions and try to hurt myself physically, behave so badly with my loved ones. Later when I am calm down I feel regret for all my actions. I don't want to do so but I cannot control myself. I feel very low about myself. I have tried meditation but that did not work. Please I seek immediate help.
