My mri report is as follows l5 is sacralised as per counting c2 vertebra downwards. L2/3 and l3/4 levels-diffuse disc bulge indenting the thecal sac without significant nerve root compression or canal stenosis.

Hi -consult orthopaedic surgeon regarding this -if you don't have any symptoms like numbness, radiating pain, hemeplegic etc can wait for some times -if you have any nerve compression with neurological deficits you need to go for surgery -consult me through private Lybrate consultation for further treatment and advice.
