Hello, Wear medical Compression Stockings which are specially designed for varicose veins. Avoid standing for long hours together. Walking is the best option as maintains blood circulation. Always sit with some support under your legs to raise them up. While sleeping, keep 2-3 pillows under your ankles to raise legs up. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Calcarea fluor. 12x/ and Hamamelis 200 - both thrice a day for 1 month. Then revert me back.
